• The Effective Themes Pack contains complete WordPress Themes with all images & set up instructions
• The Effective Themes Pack contains a Plugins folder with important plugins. These plugins are all released under GPL and are not charged for. They are provided along with the download so that it makes it easy for you to use them. These Themes in the Theme Pack do not need any of these plugins but some of them could help you display more ads in the content
• These Effective WordPress Themes have no external dependencies. It means that they can be used by themselves & do not use any online services from our servers
• You can modify these themes in any way you want to customize them further
• You may use any of themes on as many websites as you own. Once you have downloaded theme, you do not need to pay for them anymore, ever!
• You are not allowed to resell any of our WordPress Themes from the Theme Pack either as they are sold to you or after any modifications. If you have anyone interested in purchasing these Effective WP Themes please allow them to download the Theme Pack from here
• The copyright of these Effective WordPress Themes Pack remains with MediaCubs & Creative Theme Design along with all other properties owned by MediaCubs
• The Social Media icons represent various social sites like FaceBook, Twitter etc who have their own Terms of Use. You need to sign up with these services separately to use them for your business

Support

• We offer full telephone support to our customers to set up any of these WordPress Themes Packs for 1 week after purchase
• Customers are requested to follow the instructions exactly as provided in the readme.txt file within each WordPress Theme. This file shows you step by step how to install these themes. You do not need to be a programmer to be able to install any of these WP Themes
• Should you need further help with installation contact us with your purchase details & telephone contact number
• Our support only extends to installations. For additional customizations, you may contact us with details of your requirements

Refund & Replacement

The WordPress Themes Pack contain all the software files required for you to install & operate these WordPress themes. These are also known as Developers version, which means that the downloaded pack has all the files required to modify the themes too. Like any other developer’s theme packs or software products, once downloaded, we cannot refund the payment.

But if you have any problems with installations we will provide you with installation support & provide you with replacement packs when necessary, completely free of charge. We do not guarantee support or replacements if you have modified the files & you are unable to get them operational. In such situations, place the modified file with a fresh file from the download to fix the problems.
